findskills.co is a static directory of Agent Skills. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

Email address — if you subscribe to the weekly digest via the newsletter form on blog posts. We use this only to send the digest. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.

Skill submission data — if you submit a skill via the form on /submit, your submission is handled by YouForm. The data you enter (skill details, GitHub URL, your name) is stored on YouForm's servers. See YouForm's privacy policy for details.

Aggregate analytics — we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics or a similar privacy-first tool to understand traffic patterns. This does not use cookies and does not track individual users.

2. Cookies

findskills.co stores one item in localStorage: your theme preference (light or dark). This is not a cookie and is not transmitted to any server. We do not use tracking cookies.

3. Third-party services

  • Cloudflare Pages — hosts the site and may log request metadata (IP, user agent) for security and performance purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • YouForm — processes skill submissions. Data entered into the submission form is subject to YouForm's terms.
  • GitHub — skill content is fetched from public GitHub repositories. No personal data is sent to GitHub on your behalf.

4. Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability of your personal data. If you subscribed to the newsletter and want to be removed, or have any data request, contact us at the address below.

If you are in California, you have rights under CCPA including the right to know what data we hold and the right to deletion.

5. Data retention

Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Skill submission data is retained by YouForm according to their policy. Cloudflare request logs are retained according to Cloudflare's policy.

6. Children

findskills.co is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
